Recruiter (Contract Role)

Location: Murfreesboro, TN
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Fully On-Site
Contract Length: 6 Months (with potential for extension)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. This is a fully on-site, contract opportunity with an initial term of six months and the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the full recruiting cycle and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Extend employment offers and assist with onboarding activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company's employer brand.
Meet recruiting goals and hiring timelines.

Qualifications

Previous recruiting experience required.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
