Job Overview

Are you passionate about maintaining and repairing electric vehicles and golf carts? We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Golf Cart / EV Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of electric vehicles, including golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, and powersports equipment. Your expertise will ensure our fleet operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently, providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive diagnostics on electric vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
Conduct repairs on electrical systems, motors, batteries, suspension components, brakes, and mechanical systems to restore optimal vehicle performance.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently.
Troubleshoot basic vehicle problems such as engine issues, suspension faults, or electrical malfunctions with precision.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including vehicle inspections, fluid checks, brake servicing, and component replacements.
Assist with the assembly of new vehicles or parts as needed to ensure quality standards are met.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Qualifications

Proven dealership or automotive service technician experience with a strong background in automotive engine system repair and diagnostics.
Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and electrical diagnostics techniques.
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, mechanical systems repair, and powersports engine repair.
Familiarity with all-terrain vehicle repair and motorcycle operation is highly desirable.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work with various hand tools and power tools effectively.
Experience in brake repair, suspension work, welding, soldering, and general automotive repair is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic vehicle issues quickly.
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward client satisfaction.
