Millwork Installer / Finish Carpenter (Interior Doors, Casing & Baseboard)
Andy's Glass & Window Company is seeking a skilled Millwork Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with experience installing interior doors, casing, baseboards, and finish trim in residential and commercial projects. Position Summary
As a Millwork Installer, you will be responsible for installing interior doors, door hardware, casing, baseboards, and other finish carpentry components while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install pre-hung and slab interior doors
- Install door hardware including hinges, locks, and handles
- Measure, cut, and install casing, baseboards, and other finish trim
- Scribe and fit trim for a professional finish
- Read work orders and construction plans
- Perform punch list items and adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of finish carpentry or millwork installation experience
- Experience installing interior doors and trim
- Ability to use miter saws, table saws, nail guns, routers, and common hand tools
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Reliable transportation to our Murrieta office
