BEPC Inc. is looking for an Operator III in Temecula, CA

PAID WEEKLY!!!

Work Location: Onsite
Contract: W2 Length (12-months, Onsite with possible extensions)
Benefits: Medical, Vision, Health Care, 25K Life Insurance
Education: High School Diploma / GED
Pay rate: $18.00 to $20.75 per hour based on experience.

Shift: 5am or 6am (start) to 1:30pm to 2:30pm (end)
Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C, C2H will not be considered

Position Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician / Production Operator to support production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role requires working with microscopes, precision hand tools, and small components while following established procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks for extended periods.

Candidates must successfully pass an eye exam and color vision test prior to employment.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and production activities according to established procedures.

· Utilize microscopes to inspect and assemble small components with a high degree of accuracy.

· Use precision hand tools to manipulate, handle, and inspect materials and products.

· Read, interpret, and follow work instructions, policies, procedures, and quality standards.

· Accurately complete production and quality documentation.

· Maintain compliance with all company safety, quality, and operational requirements.

· Perform routine visual inspections to identify defects and ensure product quality.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives and additional production tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED preferred.

· Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and participating in instructor-led training sessions.

· Comfortable working with microscopes for extended periods.

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, policies, and procedures.

· Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

· Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

· Ability to use hand tools to manipulate and inspect small components.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

· Must successfully pass an eye exam and color vision test.

· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 10 hours per shift.

· Ability to frequently use microscopes and perform close visual inspection work.

· Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull.

· Must possess close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

· Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or production experience.

· Experience working in a cleanroom, medical device, electronics, or other regulated manufacturing environment.

· Experience using microscopes for inspection or assembly.

· Familiarity with quality systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
