Full Job Description

About the Role

We're a growing commercial cleaning company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. You'll be assigned to one of our client locations—a luxury apartment community in Temecula, CA.

This property includes a clubhouse, fitness center, restrooms, pool and outdoor amenities, community parks, parking lot, and other common areas. Your primary responsibility will be working alongside a cleaning team to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents and guests by following established cleaning procedures and site checklists. The recurring duties include clubhouse, fitness center, restroom, outdoor amenity, and common area cleaning, along with monthly and seasonal maintenance tasks.

This position requires someone who is dependable, works well with others, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work. Reliability, professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.

This is a consistent part-time morning position with a predictable schedule you can count on every week. As we continue expanding throughout Southern California, there will be opportunities for additional hours and new client assignments for top-performing team members.

What We're Looking For

Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

As a member of our cleaning team, you'll help maintain the apartment community by performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including:

Clean and maintain the clubhouse, leasing office, and common areas
Dust walls, vents, light fixtures, shelves, and décor
Clean and polish furniture and high-touch surfaces
Sanitize kitchen appliances, countertops, and drinking fountains
Vacuum carpeted areas and entry mats
Sweep, wet mop, and disinfect hard surface flooring
Clean and disinfect fitness equipment and gym flooring
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and floors
Restock restroom supplies as needed
Empty interior and exterior trash receptacles and replace liners
Clean pool and outdoor amenity areas, including BBQs, picnic tables, benches, and pool furniture
Pick up litter throughout the property, parking lot, sidewalks, and common areas
Service dog waste stations and refill waste bag dispensers
Perform monthly and seasonal tasks such as high dusting, interior and exterior glass cleaning, pressure washing, baseboard cleaning, and outdoor furniture cleaning
Work efficiently with fellow team members to complete all assigned areas within the scheduled shift
Follow site-specific cleaning checklists, company procedures, and safety guidelines
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to your supervisor
Help maintain a professional appearance and positive relationship with the client at all times

This position services a professionally managed apartment community where cleanliness and presentation are important to both residents and property management. You'll be working alongside an experienced cleaning team to ensure every area of the property is maintained to a high standard. We value team members who are dependable, communicate well, and take pride in delivering quality work every shift.

This is a long-term, recurring account with a steady Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. As our company continues to grow, we prioritize existing team members when additional hours and new accounts become available.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
