If so, we are looking for you to join our team as an Inventory and Logistics Business Manager!

We are Dickey Farms, and with a proud heritage of over 125 years growing peaches in middle Georgia, we sell our products all across the U.S. - through grocery chains, Georgia local markets, and online; shipped directly to customer’s doorsteps.

Our growers are part of a multi-generational legacy with experience being handed down from one generation to the next. DAILY SNAPSHOT

Ensure a seamless inventory process – by leading all aspects – from taking and processing orders to calculating shipping costs and delivering an exceptional customer experience
Partner with our web design firm and marketing specialist to develop our long-term marketing strategy, website sales and content creation needs
Research and resolve errors and/or discrepancies with customer orders by working with our suppliers to handle shipping issues and ensuring purchase records are accurately kept
Make company purchases and process multiple orders a day
In constant communication with the customers either by phone or email.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have at least 3 years customer service experience (preferably in the agriculture or gift industry) and are a pro working in Excel
You are accountable, always demonstrating integrity and delivering what is promised
You are organized – with a love of efficiency and consistency
You are analytical, inquisitive, number crunching, spreadsheet loving, math minded, and enjoy digging into the details
You care about other people and support other team members with a positive, collaborative approach
