Full Job Description

Overview

The West Michigan Lakeshore Association of REALTORS® (WMLAR) is seeking a full-time Coordinator to help maintain the association’s Multiple Listing Service. The person in this role works closely with the association's more than 1,200 members to ensure the accuracy of the database of properties which are on the market in Ottawa, Muskegon and Allegan counties. The person in this role will onboard new members and manage access to an array of products and services. We’re looking for a person who has a passion to help and serve others.

This role requires attention to detail, an ability to learn and carry out the association and MLSs policies and serves as a troubleshooter for our members. The WMLAR MLS strives for accuracy, and the person in this role will work with our REALTOR® members to ensure that the database meets standards and maintains its position as a complete and authoritative source for real estate listings.

Specific job duties

Answers questions on the MLS from association members.

Serves as a liaison with MichRIC (MLS service provider) on member questions and issues.

Monitors listings for accuracy. Works with members to correct listings as needed.

Tracks violations in accordance with WMLAR’s policies.

Ensures FAQs and rules are accessible and updated for all members.

Onboards new members; provides information to prospective members.

Opens, logs and sorts mail. Provides support to WMLAR's accounting department.

Supports members with Sentrilock lockbox service questions; maintains Sentrilock inventory.

Serves as a backup for the association’s Professional Standards administrator.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with or knowledge of real estate is a plus.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
