Job Summary

A Sales Representative is responsible for developing new leads, communicating the benefits of Haven Innovation’s products with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Sales reps serve as the point of contact between Haven Innovation and its prospects or clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
Research and qualify new leads.
Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information via email.
Keep up with product and service information and updates.
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Close sales and achieve sales targets.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

Experience as a Sales Representative
B2B Sales Experience with excellent networking skills a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Team player and thrives in a collaborative environment
Proficient in software & sales tools: Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, standard email clients, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace etc.
Quick learner and has a keen eye for detail
Organized and has a talent in prioritizing tasks
Self-starter, ambitious and driven
Ability to self-manage and work independently and prioritize appropriately

Physical Demands & Requirements

Must be able to lift 10-35 pounds at times
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
Prolonged sitting/standing and working on a computer
Must have a reliable transportation, able and willing to travel on occasion
