Job Summary:

The Staffing Specialist at Quality Labor Management, LLC supports the daily operational functions of the branch. This role provides key assistance with field employee onboarding, job placement coordination, administrative tasks, and workforce engagement.

Workforce Coordination

Assist with the intake, onboarding, and documentation of field employees, ensuring completion and compliance with company policies (e.g., E-Verify, drug screening, PPE).
Maintain accurate data related to employee job assignments, performance, and job transitions.
Communicate with field employees regarding attendance, expectations, and worksite needs.
Assist with candidate sourcing, posting job advertisements, and recruitment activities in the absence of a Recruiter.

Administrative Support

Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling interviews and testing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Client and Field Team Engagement

Occasional jobsite visits to ensure jobsite satisfaction and employee safety.
Help coordinate logistics and respond to job-site requests from clients and the operations team.
Build positive, professional relationships with clients and field team members.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or field support is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation.

Work Environment:

Office-based role with occasional travel to jobsites or workforce check-ins.
Must be flexible with hours based on staffing needs.
Hourly position with opportunities for overtime and career growth.
