Full Job Description

Job Summary

Bloom Bar is looking for a reliable, motivated Morning Line/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is focused on breakfast, brunch prep, pastries, and daily mise en place, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing breakfast and brunch items to recipe and presentation standards
Daily prep, mise en place, and kitchen organization
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Following food safety and sanitation standards
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth morning service
Helping with receiving, storage, and general kitchen duties as needed

Ideal candidate:
Someone who is hardworking, organized, positive, and takes pride in their food. Professional kitchen experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person. Early-morning availability and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Bloom Bar is a café and cocktail bar focused on thoughtful food, house-made products, seasonal ingredients, and a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
