Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and our diverse client base, providing exceptional support through clear and compassionate communication in both Spanish and English. Your energetic approach will help resolve inquiries efficiently, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth interactions across various healthcare-related services. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This is a temp position that starts mid Sept 2026 - Dec 2026. There is a possibility of it becoming permanant.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills in both Spanish and English.
Assist clients with healthcare support inquiries, including health insurance questions, appointment scheduling, and general information about services.
Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems and other computer software to accurately document interactions, update client information, and perform data entry tasks efficiently.
Provide clear explanations of medical terminology and healthcare procedures to clients to ensure understanding and comfort.
Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies through phone communication to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain high standards of customer service by solving problems effectively, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism at all times.
Support the team by managing multiple tasks such as data entry, EMR/EHR management, and call center operations while adhering to confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications

Fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably within healthcare or insurance sectors.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic health records (EHR) management systems.
Knowledge of medical terminology, health insurance processes, and healthcare support services is highly desirable.
Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent phone call management skills combined with professional phone etiquette.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse populations.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering outstanding client service.
