Every MLO receives access to Orava™, our proprietary mortgage platform that helps reduce administrative work by streamlining borrower intake, document collection, pipeline management, borrower communication, and loan readiness. Instead of spending time chasing paperwork, you can spend more time closing loans. It is the first LOS/POS/CRM system developed to help you close.

Compensation

75/25 commission split for producing loan originators on their own clients
50/50 commission split on qualified mortgage opportunities provided by Cher
