Bluebird Title and Escrow is looking to add experienced contract real estate closers to our network for purchase closings throughout the Chicagoland area.
This is contract work and is paid per closing or signing. No exclusivity is required.
Requirements:
Active Illinois Notary license
Previous experience with real estate purchase closings in the Chicagoland market
Ability to travel to multiple locations
Reliable transportation
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
