Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are expanding our team and seeking a new Escrow Processor to help support our recent growth. The ideal candidate will immediately make a positive impact by providing knowledgeable support to our team and clients. We are looking for someone with five or more years of related real estate title and closing experience. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare CPLs
Prepare CDs and settlement statements for lender and cash closings
Prepare various closing documents
Collaborate closely with attorneys and lenders to prepare closing statements and update figures
Schedule closings with escrow partner
Closely review all escrow instructions provided by lender
Work closely with escrow closer and outside escrow partners to collect necessary documentation for smooth and efficient closing process
Review title commitment and work with title examiners in obtaining any necessary title clearance
Perform a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must have 5+ years of real estate title and closing experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to excel in a busy, fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
