Full Job Description

This is a highly visible position within The Club and is the first point of contact for Members. The qualifying candidate should be a sophisticated, professional, customer service-oriented individual, with a highly professional appearance as is required as a Club representative. This position must be able to work holidays based upon their weekly schedule and the Club’s hours of operation. We offer competitive wages and a great work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serves as primary point of contact for members, assisting with general information, inquiries, questioning regarding upcoming events, and resolving issues or complaints if able.
Greet members and all other visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Takes and confirms reservations for the Beach, Shell, and Turtle’s Nest.
Maintain and manage the dining reservation module not to exceed set thresholds.
Maintain seating charts for club events as directed by the Food & Beverage Management Team.
Receive and input all incoming guest registration requests and ensure proper activation and resignation within Jonas. Organize and maintain active guest list for the accounting department.
Act and respond to all voice and email messages (responding, forwarding, etc.)
Maintain knowledge of club services and events to communicate accurate information to members.
Maintain the supply of club information for members at the main entrance and keeping workspace tidy and presentable (updating flyers, keeping brochures stocked, etc.)
Call to confirm all dining reservations 2 days before the dining experience takes place or as directed by Management.
Administer the reciprocity program for reservation requests.
Print and distribute reservation reports to the Food & Beverage team for all dining outlets daily.
Communicate closely with the Food & Beverage Management Team to maintain the online reservation system.
Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, and composing routine correspondence.
Assist with maintaining the Membership Files within Jonas and the Shared Drive with the direction of the Membership Manager.
Work closely with the Director of Membership & Communications, Membership Manager, and Food & Beverage Management Team on executing any assigned tasks or special projects.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
