Overview

A private family seeks to hire a detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to perform cleaning and organizing duties in a private home in Naples, FL To succeed in this position, the hired candidate must have a team player mentality and must have great attention to detail. Must like working around pets and handle light cooking.

Responsibilities:

General Housekeeping: Perform daily cleaning and organization of all areas in the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and kitchen.
Laundry & Wardrobe Care: Manage laundry duties, including washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe maintenance.
Pet Care: Assist with light pet care, including feeding, walking, and ensuring the dog’s areas are kept clean and tidy.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the House Manager and other household staff to maintain a well-organized and smoothly run household.
Supply Management: Monitor and restock household supplies
Special Projects: Assist with deep cleaning, seasonal tasks, and special projects as required.
Assist with light meal preparation as needed.
Maintain household inventories and procure supplies, including groceries
Handle special requests and duties as needed

Schedule:

This is a full-time, live-out position with a standard schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, totaling 40 guaranteed hours per week. Flexibility is required to accommodate the family’s needs, including occasional weekend work.

Hours: 40 hours guaranteed

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a private residence.
Utmost sense of confidentiality and discretion.
Must be extremely tech-savvy, comfortable with computers and phones.
Excellent references from current and previous employers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
Professional, polished, and poised at all times.
Hands-on approach with a positive attitude, high energy, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Flexible schedule with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Valid US work authorization.
High standards for customer service and accuracy
Strong project-management and time-management skills
