Medical Assistant (Part-Time) – Direct Primary Care & Women's Health

Location: Naples, FL (In-Person Only)

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Are you an experienced Medical Assistant who genuinely enjoys caring for people and wants to be part of a practice where relationships come before rushing?

Our physician-owned Direct Primary Care and Women's Health practice is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Medical Assistant to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who loves both patient care and organization, enjoys working independently, takes initiative, and wants to grow professionally in a positive, encouraging environment.

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No evenings
No weekends
No major holidays

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

Is an experienced Medical Assistant
Has excellent phlebotomy skills (required)
Is cheerful, compassionate, and enjoys serving others
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Is a self-starter who identifies needs and takes initiative
Is dependable, professional, and motivated
Enjoys learning and growing professionally
Appreciates a holistic, lifestyle-focused approach to healthcare
Works well independently while also thriving as part of a small team

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assisting with direct patient care
Venipuncture and specimen processing
Managing inventory and medical supplies
Responding to patient emails, phone calls, and text messages
Preparing patient charts before appointments
Scheduling and rescheduling patients
Completing prior authorizations
Pre-ordering laboratory testing
Preparing refill requests for physician review
Managing incoming faxes and electronic documents
Assisting with additional clinical and administrative projects as the practice grows
