Part-Time | Growth Opportunity Prime Property Media | Marco Island to Cape Coral, FL
Prime Property Media is hiring a Real Estate Videographer for our Southwest Florida team and we'll teach you everything you need to know.
What we can't teach you is who you are. Your drive. Your reliability. The way you show up even when it's not convenient. The way you take feedback and come back sharper.
That part has to already be in you.
Who We Are
Prime Property Media is a real estate media company based in Southwest Florida. We create high-end video content for real estate agents and luxury properties from Marco Island to Cape Coral content that actually moves the needle for our clients.
We run a tight, high-standard operation. We hold each other accountable, push each other to improve, and take pride in the work we put out. We also genuinely enjoy what we do and we want to build a team that feels the same way.
What the Job Actually Looks Like
No two days are exactly the same. You'll be on the road, on location, and on your feet not at a desk.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Filming professional real estate listing videos at homes across SWFL
- Capturing aerial drone footage and exterior and interior video
- Working directly with agents and homeowners on location
- Helping clients feel at ease and look great on camera
- Managing your equipment and staying organized between shoots
- Handling revision requests to ensure the final product meets our standards
- Uploading footage to our editing team at the end of each day
You focus on the field. Our editors handle post-production.
We'll Train You From the Ground Up
No prior videography experience required just the right attitude.
Over your first few weeks, you'll learn:
- Real estate video technique and composition
- Camera systems
- Gimbal operation and cinematic movement
- Drone video
- FAA Part 107 certification (we cover the cost)
- How to direct and coach people on camera
- Our full shoot-day workflow and quality standards
Training is paid. We take it seriously, and we expect you to as well.
This Starts Part-Time — But It's More Than That
This role begins as a variable-hour position, typically 20–35 hours per week based on client demand.
For the right person, this is a launchpad — not a placeholder.
We're building something here, and we want team members who want to grow with it. More hours, more responsibility, and a potential path to full-time!
If you're looking for a short-term paycheck, this isn't it. If you're looking for something to invest in, keep reading.
This Is a Great Fit If You...
- Show up on time, every time no exceptions
- Pick up new skills quickly and actually enjoy the process
- Are comfortable talking to anyone from first-time sellers to luxury homeowners
- Prefer being out in the field over sitting at a computer
- Work well on your own without needing constant direction
- Stay calm and professional when things don't go according to plan
- Want to get really good at something not just good enough
- Love being behind the wheel this job has a lot of driving (and we pay mileage)
This Probably Isn't For You If...
- You need the same hours every week
- You're unreliable or have a pattern of canceling last minute
- You shut down when someone gives you critical feedback
- You're just looking for something to tide you over
- You don't enjoy being around new people regularly
Schedule & Availability
Shoots are often booked 1–2 days out. If you have a day you're unavailable, let us know in advance once approved, you'll block it off in our scheduling system. If you're open and not blocked, you're available to be scheduled.
We need someone available 3–5 days per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The hours change week to week depending on demand — that's just the nature of real estate media. If a predictable schedule is a must for you, this probably isn't the right fit.
