GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Vice President of Operations is the operational leader of Von & Co Medical Aesthetics Studio, responsible for driving exceptional business performance, operational excellence, and an elevated guest experience across the organization. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this role leads the execution of the company's strategic priorities while building the systems, processes, and team needed to support sustainable growth.
This is a highly hands-on, player-coach role within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization where leaders lead by doing. The Vice President of Operations is expected to be an in-person presence across both studios, leading from the front and setting the standard for execution, accountability, and culture. Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically, solving operational challenges, developing leaders, and rolling up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to help the business succeed.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES:
Business Operations and Execution:
- Leads the day-to-day operations of Von & Co and the organization's operating cadence ensuring priorities remain on track, obstacles are addressed proactively, and decisions are made efficiently.
- Establishes clear priorities, measures results, and holds themselves and their team accountable for execution.
- Makes timely, informed decisions and ensures alignment and follow-through across the organization.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Leads and develops the Studio Managers and Finance Lead, ensuring alignment, accountability and exceptional execution.
- Partners with the VP of Marketing and Medical Director to strengthen brand awareness, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and align operational and clinical excellence.
- Champions the Von & Co culture, ensuring company values are consistently reflected in leadership, decision-making, and the guest experience.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement:
- Initiates and manages enterprise-wide initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to solve operational challenges and improve business performance.
Finance & Business Analytics:
- Owns overall business performance, partnering with Finance to achieve revenue, profitability and cash flow objectives.
- Monitors key business metrics and KPIs, leveraging operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities and corrective actions.
Strategic Growth & Organizational Effectiveness:
- Evaluates organizational structure, workflows, and resource allocations to maximize efficiency and scalability.
- Identifies and implements opportunities to improve the business through technology, automation, new capabilities and scalable growth initiatives, including new services and platform growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Local to Southwest Florida. In person role, dividing time between studios
- Comfortable owning the day to day of a business and knowing the numbers cold.
- Experience in a fast-moving, start-up environment, wearing multiple hats and getting things done.
- Strong, proven project management skills, with experience leading projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to glean insights to drive better decision making and improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multi-site healthcare, aesthetics, or other service-based care a plus
