Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative social media content strategies aligned with brand goals, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
Create visually appealing content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance brand storytelling.
Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
Monitor social listening channels to gauge audience sentiment, identify trends, and gather insights for content optimization.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase content visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging and effective branding across all digital channels.
Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and refine strategies.
Engage with followers by managing comments, messages, and community interactions to foster strong relationships.
Support e-commerce initiatives by creating product-focused content that drives traffic and conversions.
Edit videos for social media campaigns using basic video editing tools to produce engaging multimedia content.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media content creation within a digital marketing environment.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, including Facebook Advertising and branding principles.
Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
Skilled in photography and video editing to produce high-quality visual content.
Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail for error-free content delivery.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
