About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Laser Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will drive manufacturing efficiency by precision-cutting metal components and ensuring every piece meets rigorous quality standards through expert machine operation and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Configure and manage CNC laser cutting equipment to achieve high-precision production output.
Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part fabrication.
Perform routine preventative maintenance to maximize machine uptime and operational longevity.
Execute first and last piece inspections to guarantee consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.
Identify and resolve mechanical or software-related performance issues to maintain workflow continuity.
Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization within the fabrication shop environment.

Qualifications

Required Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in laser machine operation or precision metal fabrication.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor equipment repairs.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints.
Solid mathematical skills for precise measurement and adjustment.

Preferred Skills

In-depth knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Previous experience in a high-volume industrial manufacturing setting.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
