Full Job Description

We are looking for the right individual to assist in managing the efficient and profitable operations of the service, parts and body shop departments throughout our dealerships in Mississippi.

Corporate Asst. Fixed Operations Director - Essential Duties

Assists in forecasting goals and objectives for all of our dealerships service, parts and body shop departments and strives to meet them.
Helps hire, train, motivate and monitor the performance of the service and parts department managers within our group.
Assists in maintaining reporting systems required.
Attends managers meetings.
Monitors the performance of the service, parts, and body shop departments.
Strives for harmony and teamwork within the departments and with all other departments.
Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect repair operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Fosters professional employee development and coordinates with department managers to determine the need for advanced training.
Assists in maintaining high-quality service repairs and minimizing comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
Makes customer satisfaction a priority, ensuring that service and parts personnel are courteous and respectful in their interaction with customers.
Reviews warranty claims, warranty policy adjustments, understands and applies warranty guidelines, and ensures correct processing of claims.
Assists in developing dealership service and parts pricing plans.
Works with parts and service managers to find ways to improve the overall profitability of each dealership.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with vocational and technical schools to enhance personnel recruitment activities.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
