What You'll Do:
Run the Route: You'll be paired with an experienced mowing crew member running consistent weekly or bi-weekly routes across Holden and the surrounding towns. Your properties repeat, so you'll get faster and better every week instead of relearning a new job site every day.
Exceptional Service: Provide top notch landscaping work along with genuine customer service. We are a customer service company that happens to provide landscaping.
Operate Equipment: Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly with your crew partner, the office, and clients to keep the day running smoothly.
Who You Are:
Reliable, Every Day: You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the shop or job site every single day. You show up on time, consistently, because a two-person crew doesn't run if one person doesn't show.
Passion For Outdoor Work: You find fulfillment working outdoors. Summers mean real heat, and you know how to take care of yourself out there (water, sun protection, pacing yourself) so you can keep showing up strong day after day.
Team Collaborator: You take initiative to complete tasks on your own while working well with the same partner day in and day out.
Strong Work Ethic and Commitment to Excellence: You're focused on consistently delivering high-quality results and taking pride in every property, no matter how small the job.

What We Offer:
- 35+ hours per week
- Paid training, local routes, almost entirely in Holden and surrounding towns
- Great compensation paid every 2 weeks

Compensation:
$20-$25/hour, plus bonuses for performance targets and tips from homeowners.
