- Professional Movers (labor position)
- Driver/Movers who can safely operate our moving trucks while also performing the same physical moving work as the rest of the crew.
No CDL is required.

- Morning and daytime shifts
- Weekends
- Ongoing availability once school starts
Requirements
Required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle (not shared)
- Smartphone (we use company apps for scheduling and communication)
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
Driver/Mover Requirements
Driver/Movers must meet our insurance requirements to operate company moving trucks.
To qualify as a Driver/Mover, you must:
- Be at least 19 years old
- Have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year
- Be eligible to drive under our commercial insurance policy
Applicants who carry an SR-22 are welcome to apply as Professional Movers but are not eligible for Driver/Mover positions until they meet our insurance requirements.

Pay & Benefits
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday
- Average earnings of $24–$30/hour including tips

Typical Schedule
- Most shifts are 2–4 hours (many days include multiple jobs)
- Busy season (March–October): approximately 20–30 hours/week
- Winter season (November–February): approximately 10–20 hours/week
- Open seven days a week (no one works every day)
Schedules change based on customer demand, so flexibility and reliability are important.
What You’ll Do
Depending on the day’s schedule, you may be assigned to moving jobs or professional packing jobs.
Moving Jobs
- Load and unload household and commercial furniture
- Wrap and protect furniture and fragile items
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture
- Safely use dollies, straps, moving pads, and other professional equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and work environment
Packing Jobs
On separate days, our packing crews visit customers’ homes before moving day to professionally prepare their belongings for transport.
Packing responsibilities include:
- Carefully wrapping fragile items
- Packing dishes, glassware, artwork, décor, kitchen items, and household belongings
- Labeling boxes accurately
- Organizing packed items for an efficient moving day
- Following professional packing standards to protect customers’ belongings
Driver/Movers
In addition to all moving responsibilities, Driver/Movers also safely operate company moving trucks between job locations.
