As Purchasing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting project success by managing procurement activities, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring materials and equipment are available to meet project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day purchasing activities to ensure materials are available when needed.
Processing purchase orders
Tracking deliveries
Coordinating with project managers
Maintaining inventory
Supporting warehouse operations
Solving day-to-day purchasing issues
Obtain competitive pricing from established vendors and assist with pricing negotiations when needed.
Maintain positive working relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors as needed.
Participate in required company training programs and stay current with purchasing practices and technology.
Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:
3–5 years of previous purchasing or procurement experience required; experience in the carpentry or construction industry is a plus.
Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other common business software.
Working knowledge of the construction industry and related trades.
Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials commonly used for company construction projects.
