The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus in Lakewood, NJ is looking for a qualified EEG Tech to add to their dynamic team!

Qualifications:

Required:

High School diploma.
Completion of an accredite/formal EEG program
Neuroanatomy course a plus.
AHA, BLS Certification required.
Certified/registered or certified/registered eligible.
One to three years previous experience in hospital related environment required.

Scheduling Requirements:

Days to work
PD

Essential Functions:

Performs routine, sleep, portable, death determination, neonatal EEG recordings and video-eeg/long term epilepsy monitoring, as assigned. Patient population includes neonates to geriatrics.
Responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.
