We are seeking an exceptional Manager of Events to lead the execution of luxury events while inspiring a team dedicated to excellence. This is an opportunity for a driven leader who is passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences and developing high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events from concept through completion.
Inspire, coach, and develop a team of highly skilled event professionals.
Ensure exceptional guest service and flawless event execution.
Collaborate with culinary, beverage, operations, and client teams to deliver seamless experiences.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
Build and nurture strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow business.
Drive operational excellence while maintaining financial accountability and profitability.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of event management experience.
Minimum 3 years of event service experience.
Minimum 2 years of fine dining service experience.
Strong culinary and beverage knowledge with an appreciation for luxury hospitality.
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-volume, high-expectation environment.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience)
Commission Program
