Full Job Description

Stay Connected Management Inc. is hiring a full-time AT&T Client Sales Trainee in Louisville, KY.

This is an in-person, face-to-face business-to-business sales position supporting AT&T wireless, internet, mobility, and telecommunications products and services. Representatives work directly with prospective and existing business customers throughout assigned local territories, identify their telecommunications needs, explain available AT&T services and promotions, and assist interested customers through the sales and account enrollment process.

This is an entry-level sales position with guaranteed weekly base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities. No previous telecommunications or sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Compensation & Employment

Full-time W-2 employee position
Not a 1099 or independent contractor opportunity
Guaranteed base pay: $850–$1,200 per week
Uncapped commission opportunities in addition to guaranteed base pay
Commission earnings are based on individual sales performance and are not guaranteed
Paid weekly
Paid training provided
Performance-based bonus and advancement opportunities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As an AT&T Client Sales Trainee, you will:

Work face-to-face with business customers throughout an assigned local territory
Approach and engage prospective business customers to identify their wireless and telecommunications needs
Promote and sell AT&T wireless, internet, mobility, and telecommunications products and services
Explain available AT&T business service plans, features, pricing, and current promotions
Conduct needs-based sales presentations with prospective business customers
Recommend appropriate AT&T products and services based on individual business needs
Assist interested customers with new account setup, service enrollments, upgrades, and sales transactions
Generate new business customer acquisitions
Develop and maintain professional relationships with local business customers
Answer questions and provide accurate information regarding AT&T products, services, and promotions
Accurately process customer information, applications, and service enrollments
Maintain current knowledge of AT&T products, services, plans, and promotions
Track individual sales activity, customer acquisitions, and performance metrics
Work toward established daily and weekly sales goals
Attend team meetings and ongoing paid product and sales training
Travel locally throughout assigned Tacoma-area business territories

This is an in-person, face-to-face B2B sales position. It is not a remote, work-from-home, or office-based customer service position.

Schedule

Full-time
Approximately 40 hours per week
Daytime business and sales hours
Weekend availability may be required based on business needs
Local travel throughout assigned territories is required

What We're Looking For

We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in developing professional sales, communication, and business development skills.

Qualified candidates should:

Be comfortable approaching and speaking with business customers face-to-face
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be interested in sales, customer acquisition, and business development
Be comfortable working toward individual sales and performance goals
Be coachable and willing to learn sales presentations and AT&T product information
Be able to work independently within an assigned territory
Work effectively as part of a sales team
Have reliable transportation for required local travel
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when representing AT&T products and services
Be available for a full-time schedule
Be at least 18 years old
Be authorized to work in the United States

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, account management, business development, or other customer-facing positions is helpful but not required.

New team members receive paid, hands-on training covering:

AT&T wireless, internet, mobility, and telecommunications products and services
AT&T business service options and current promotions
Product knowledge
Business-to-business sales fundamentals
Customer needs assessment
Face-to-face sales presentations
Customer acquisition
Account setup and enrollment procedures
Professional customer communication
Sales performance and goal tracking

This position is designed for individuals interested in building practical experience in B2B sales, telecommunications, customer acquisition, account management, and business development while receiving structured training and performance-based earning opportunities.
