Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers. This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles, as well as proficiency in accounting software.

Duties

Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Perform account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable.
Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments.

Experience

Proficiency in accounting software, CDK is preferred.
Familiarity with financial concepts and practices related to accounts payable processes.
Previous experience in an accounts payable role or similar position is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for applicants with AUTOMOTIVE/ DEALERSHIP accounting experience.

Ability to work independently and as a team is a MUST.

Attention to detail, excellent time management, and problem solving skills are a MUST.

Applicants without automotive, or accounting experience will not be considered.

CDK experience is a PLUS.

Compensation based on experience.
