Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Title Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing title documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth real estate transactions, making your contribution vital to our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills and a solid understanding of real estate law.

Duties

Review title documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards.
Conduct thorough research on property titles using GIS and other relevant tools.
Collaborate with law office staff to resolve any discrepancies or issues found during the review process.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries related to title documents.
Maintain organized records of all reviewed titles and related correspondence.
Stay updated on changes in real estate law and title processing procedures to ensure compliance.

Experience

Proven experience in title processing or a similar role within a law office or real estate environment is preferred.
Familiarity with GIS technology and its application in property research is advantageous.
Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex documents effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
Knowledge of real estate law is highly desirable.
