Senior Tax Preparer

Small Connecticut Tax & Accounting Firm | In-Office Position

Are you an experienced tax professional looking for a place where you can enjoy tax season without the stress and chaos?

We are a small, growing Connecticut tax and accounting firm looking for a seasoned Tax Preparer to join our team. We believe tax season should be busy and exciting—but it should also be organized, professional, and enjoyable.

We are a team-focused firm where experienced professionals work together, support one another, and take pride in providing outstanding service for our clients.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced tax professional with:

5-10+ years of professional tax preparation experience
Strong knowledge of individual and business tax returns
Experience working with complex tax situations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while being an active member of a team
Professional judgment and a commitment to accuracy
A positive attitude and willingness to help others during the busy season

Enrolled Agent (EA) credential preferred.
Tax Manager-level experience is a strong plus.
