THIS POSITION WILL BE HOUSED IN GIRLS REINTEGRATION CENTER (AGRC)
Why does the job exist?

This position will provide administrative support in a juvenile reintegration center to include office management and purchasing.
How does it get done?

Provide a high level of confidential administrative support to the Reintegration Centers and the JRC Superintendent. Serve as the liaison between HR and the JRC's to ensure standards are met. Process all JRC hires and assist with record keeping of staff and client records. Assist with processing of bill payment at JRC's; Assist in day-to-day operations to support the Reintegration Centers.

Minimum Qualification

High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years work experience in office administration. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling two (2) years may substitute for the required experience.
Employment Requirements

Completion of the hiring process is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening process. This position is designated as safety sensitive. Employment is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing, in accordance with all terms and conditions of federal and state law, rules and regulation to alcohol and/or drug testing. Employment requires successful completion of post offer pre-employment physical. Pre-employment criminal background check is required and conditional pending results. Must be a citizen of the United States; be eighteen (18) years of age or older; and be of good morals.
Working Conditions

Computer use, long periods of sitting. Some travel may be required. May require overtime at times.
