Full Job Description

OR Circulating Nurse – No Call, No Weekends, No Holidays

A growing outpatient surgery center is adding an experienced OR Circulating Nurse to its team following a nearly 74% increase in monthly surgical volume. The center specializes in ENT and ophthalmology procedures and is looking for a nurse who wants to join a growing team while enjoying a predictable schedule and strong work-life balance.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
Flexible scheduling: 5 eight-hour shifts, 4 ten-hour shifts, or part-time hours for the right candidate
No call
No weekends
No holidays
Surgical schedule is known approximately two weeks in advance
Staggered start times, typically 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, or after 8:00 AM
Employees leave by 5:00 PM at the latest
Guaranteed 40 hours available for nurses who want them

Leadership understands that employees have lives outside of work and is willing to work with team members who have appointments, family responsibilities, or other personal commitments.

Experience

ENT or ophthalmology experience is strongly preferred.

Experienced OR nurses with a general surgery background are also encouraged to apply, particularly those who are comfortable in an outpatient surgical environment and interested in expanding their experience with ENT and ophthalmology procedures.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as an OR circulator, collaborating closely with surgeons and the surgical team, maintaining patient safety, and helping ensure efficient, high-quality care throughout the surgical process.

When cases finish early on a Friday, leadership has even allowed employees to leave early while still paying them for their full scheduled hours.
