Full Job Description

Overview:

Join our team in a dynamic role coordinating visits to our winery partners across the U.S. and around the world. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys managing travel logistics and creating exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

Organize both domestic and international visits to our winery partners for the wine trade, consumers, and press
Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel related issues
Perform special projects and assignments as needed
Help staff and attend wine industry events as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in the Travel Industry preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have great communication skills and be highly efficient and organized
Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow through under tight deadlines
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Interest in learning about wine industry

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Some lifting or physical activity may be necessary

Kobrand Corporation offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The base compensation range for this job classification is between $50,000 and $60,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
