Full Job Description

Rapid Response is now looking to hire both full-time and part-time dispatchers. As a dispatcher you must have the following skills:

Must feel comfortable with dispatching in both non-emergency and emergency situations
Must have a strong knowledge of EMS terminology
Must have road experience as an EMT, MAVO, or EMR
Must be willing to go on the road when needed
Good phone call skills and the willingness to make calls
During the 3-month probationary/training period you will be required to do some road shifts to learn how we operate

We operate Monday - Saturday

The shifts we are hiring for are:

3am-12pm

12pm-9pm

The pay scale for the job goes based on certifications and the ability to learn and handle everything the position requires.

EMR/MAV - $20-25/ hour

EMT - $25-30/hour

We are looking for someone who thrives at working in a family environment. One who will join our team to strive to give our patients the best care possible. With the mentality of "Our Patients Come First" we are looking to change the way transport EMS has been operating.
