Full Job Description

Join our team as a Functional Fitness Coach and help clients reach their full potential through engaging, results-driven training. Lead group and one-on-one sessions focused on functional movement, strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. Bring energy, motivation, and expertise to support clients of all fitness levels in a positive, impactful environment.

Duties

Design and deliver comprehensive functional fitness programs tailored to individual goals and abilities.
Must be willing to learn and continue to improve self education
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, emphasizing correct body mechanics.
Make sure members are booked 3 weeks out in advaced and they don’t fall off. Stay engaged with clients.
Educate clients on the benefits of functional movement patterns, core stability, and overall health through clear instruction and personalized coaching.
Track client progress regularly, adjust programs accordingly.
Promote a welcoming gym environment by engaging with members..

Skills

Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to develop safe and effective workout plans.
Experience in program design across functional style of training.
Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants in a lively and energetic manner.
Proficiency in fitness sales techniques to attract new clients and retain existing members.
Familiarity with health club operations and safety standards to maintain a secure workout environment.
Ability to lead high-energy classes such as kickboxing or dance-based workouts while ensuring proper form and technique.
Passion for continuous learning about new fitness trends and integrating them into your coaching style. Embark on a rewarding journey helping others unlock their full potential through energetic coaching rooted in science-backed methods!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour
