Office Administrator Position Summary
Reports to: Director of Operations
Job Status: Full-time
Pay Range: $38,000 – 43,000
At Disbennett Wealth Management, we believe our success is built on trust, exceptional service, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of our clients. We are looking for an Office Administrator who shares those beliefs and understands that every interaction—whether answering the phone, welcoming a client, or supporting a teammate—helps shape the experience our clients receive.
This is much more than an administrative position. It is an opportunity to become an integral member of a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together, holds itself to high standards, and believes in always doing what's right for our clients and one another. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally looks for ways to help, takes ownership of their work, values integrity, communicates with kindness and professionalism, and takes pride in creating an organized, welcoming environment where both clients and teammates feel supported.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and motivated by being part of something bigger than themselves. If you are energized by serving others, enjoy learning new things, embrace continuous improvement, and appreciate being surrounded by people who work hard while supporting one another, we'd love to meet you.
