Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-centered Registered Nurse to join our growing team in a dynamic aesthetic and wellness practice. This role will work closely alongside Dr. Hastings and our providers in both clinical support and wellness services, including IV therapy administration and patient care coordination.
This position is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, preventative medicine, and delivering exceptional patient experiences in a modern, high-touch environment. As our practice continues to expand, the role will evolve and grow with opportunities for increased responsibility, advanced training, and involvement in aesthetic medicine procedures and wellness initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, compassionate, highly professional, and excited to be part of a fast-growing practice focused on excellence, innovation, and patient care.
This is a unique, multifaceted position combining registered nursing responsibilities, clinical support, patient care coordination and front-office operations.
Initially, a substantial portion of this role will involve reception and patient care coordination. Responsibilities will include answering phones and text messages, scheduling appointments, greeting and checking patients in and out, collecting payments, discussing services and skincare, maintaining patient flow and helping ensure that every patient receives a warm, polished and highly personalized experience.
The selected RN will also assist with clinical care, treatment-room preparation, inventory, documentation, patient education and other delegated nursing responsibilities.
As our practice grows, there may be opportunities for the right individual to become progressively involved in aesthetic and wellness treatments. Depending upon experience, competency, practice needs and successful completion of appropriate training, this could eventually include microneedling, aesthetic procedures and injectable treatments.
This is not an immediate injector-only position. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in becoming an important part of the entire practice and who understands that excellent aesthetic care begins long before a treatment is performed.
