Full Job Description

Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Coordinator and become a vital driver of our organizational success! In this energetic role, you will coordinate and support HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster a positive workplace environment where employees thrive and organizational goals are achieved. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR expertise while making a meaningful impact on our workforce.

Duties

Facilitate the fullcycle of talent acquisition processes by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs
Support performance management initiatives by tracking progress of KPI's
Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy, generate reports, and assist in HR data collection for strategic planning and workforce management
Assist with compliance activities related to employment & labor law, OSHA regulations
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism by mediating conflicts and supporting change management initiatives within the organization
Manage HR sourcing efforts through social media management, job postings, and collaboration with recruiting platforms like Indeed to attract top talent Requirements
Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs.
Build relationships with local schools and coordinate the internship program, also workforce development agencies, and community organizations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully and professionally
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
Experience using HRIS platforms like Paycor, Paychex, Dayforce, ADP, Kronos for data entry and reporting purposes
Basic understanding of recruiting tools such as ATS systems, social media platforms for talent sourcing, and applicant screening techniques.

Education:

· Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

· Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

· 2–4 years of recruiting, staffing, or human resources experience preferred.

· Experience recruiting in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environment preferred.

· Experience working with temporary staffing agencies strongly preferred
