Full Job Description

We are a medical based optometry practice located in the Beaverton/SW Portland area conveniently located near Providence St. Vincent Hospital and hwy 217/26 interchange. We specialize is ocular disease management and corneal conditions. Our office is only open during the week and a 1/2 day on Fridays. We have a top notch team in place and are looking to add someone who is excited to learn new things, enjoy working side by side with optometrist to enrich patients health, be energetic, outgoing, and a motivated self-starter who works well with others.

Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, obtaining pre authorizations, assisting doctor with patient care and pre screenings. Experience in optical/selling glasses a plus but not necessary.

Applicant should be outgoing, love working with people, have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills and be willing to learn new tasks. Seeking a full-time employee. Experience in the optical field a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
