DUTIES

Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals seeking behavioral health services
Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
Utilize coding systems such as ICD-10 and ICD-9 for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
Provide case management services to assist individuals in accessing necessary resources and support

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS

Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist(LCAS) and/or Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) and/or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician(LCMHC)
Experience in behavioral health specifically substance use disorders.
Proficient in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
Familiarity with medical documentation standards and coding systems (ICD-10, ICD-9)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with patients
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willing to train someone with provisional license.
