Duties

Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management.
Develop innovative menus that align with current trends and customer preferences, including special dietary considerations.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen activities.
Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver seamless event services with high-quality cuisine.
Oversee shift management, scheduling staff efficiently to meet service demands while maintaining team morale.
Monitor kitchen operations for efficiency improvements, cost control, and quality assurance to optimize overall performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills and leadership capabilities.
Extensive background in food production, catering, restaurant management, and food service operations.
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced settings.
Knowledge of dietary department standards, food safety protocols, and inventory management practices.
Skilled in menu planning, food handling, cooking techniques, and kitchen management systems.
Experience with banquet operations, event catering, and shift management is highly desirable.
