## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks in a dental clinic setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient services.

## Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Verify insurance information and process patient billing
- Maintain patient records accurately in electronic systems like Dentrix or eClinicalWorks
- Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure patient flow is smooth
- Keep the reception area organized and tidy

## Skills
- Experience in medical administrative support, particularly in a dental clinic or urgent care setting
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records systems like Opendental or Dentrix
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and external contacts
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
