At Vertical Solutions Roofing & Construction, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative who wants to help expand our company across multiple states by developing strategic partnerships and creating long-term business opportunities.

This position isn't designed to simply fill a seat; it's designed to develop the next leader who will help shape the future of our company.

This isn't a desk job.

Every week is different. One day you may be meeting with insurance agencies, another day networking at a Chamber of Commerce event, attending a golf tournament, or visiting with property managers and real estate professionals. You'll work directly with executive leadership while helping grow our presence across Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.

What You'll Do

As our Business Development Representative, you'll serve as the face of Vertical Solutions Roofing & Construction throughout your assigned markets.

Your primary responsibility is creating partnerships that generate long-term business opportunities and support company growth.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain referral relationships with insurance agents and brokers, real estate professionals, brokerages, property management companies, HOAs, and strategic business partners.
Develop referral channels and strategic alliances that generate qualified leads and long-term business growth.
Represent Vertical Solutions Roofing & Construction at networking events, home shows, golf tournaments, Chamber events, sponsorships, career fairs, and community events.
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities through networking, prospecting, and consistent follow-up.
Maintain and manage long-term partnership pipelines across multiple markets.
Re-engage existing company leads through phone calls to keep opportunities active and relationships strong
Educate referral partners and homeowners on the value of our Maintenance Membership Program while helping grow recurring revenue through phone calls.
Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Recruiting, and Leadership to maximize every opportunity generated.
Provide market intelligence and partnership feedback that helps leadership refine strategy and expand into new markets.

Compensation & Benefits

$60,000 Base Salary
Aggressive performance-based bonus structure
Target earnings of $90,000-$120,000+ annually

Travel Requirements

This is a full-time, field-based position requiring at least 50-75% travel throughout our operating markets.

All approved travel expenses are covered by the company.
