Full Job Description

SUMMARY:

Executes the operations of call monitoring, quality assurance, and aspects of employee training.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Maintain objective, neutral, and compliance-focused perspective on call monitoring and quality assurance.

§ Per monthly schedule, listen to and score phone calls for adherence to regulatory and company compliance objectives.

§ Per monthly schedule, review, and score assignments for adherence to regulatory and company compliance objectives.

§ Provide feedback to employees regarding any noted issues observed during the call monitoring and quality assurance process, including suggested remediation.

§ Participate in regular meetings to discuss compliance processes and results.

§ Identify and propose enhancements or changes to existing scorecards based on information gleaned during monthly call monitoring and quality assurance processes.

§ Identify and propose areas for additional training or emphasis within specific teams.

§ Seek out opportunities to be calibrated in scoring calls and assignments.

§ Mentor and serve as back-up on customer care process.

§ Provision and track progress of new and current employee training

§ Perform other, special projects as determined by SVP, Chief Compliance & Technology.

Required Education and Experience:

§ High school diploma required, 2 or 4-year college degree preferred.

§ Related skills, knowledge and experience.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

§ Experience in risk assessment and process improvement, as well as a high degree of communication and problem-solving capacities.

Work Environment: Training provided on site at the Akron office location. After successful completion, work will be performed consistent with current MCRC role.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
