We are hiring a CNC Fabricator for our Sacramento facility to help build the aluminum window and door systems that stand between people and danger. If you take pride in tight tolerances, a clean shop, and work you can point to at the end of the day, this role is for you.
The Opportunity
In this hands on role, you'll fabricate and assemble high-end aluminum windows and doors, run the CNC machinery that shapes every profile, and move between departments as production demands shift. You'll be a key part of a tight-knit crew where your craftsmanship shows up in the finished product and your reliability keeps the floor moving.
What the Role Involves
You will perform precision assembly of aluminum windows and doors to architectural drawings, specifications, and our quality standards. You'll set up, calibrate, and safely operate CNC machinery to cut, mill, notch, and prepare aluminum profiles — direct experience on Emmegi processing centers is a strong advantage. You'll read production drawings and make fast, accurate fraction-to-decimal conversions for measurements, cuts, and machine offsets.
Beyond the machine, you'll own daily inventory tracking and lead thorough monthly audits to keep material counts accurate. You'll hold the shop to 5S standards — Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain — because a clean, organized workspace is a safe and efficient one. When production goals shift, you'll adapt quickly and support other departments where needed. And before any part moves forward, you'll inspect assemblies and machined components against customer specifications and tight tolerance limits.
What We Are Looking For
We're looking for someone safety-first, detail-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment. You bring hands-on experience with CNC machine operation. You're proficient in shop math, converting fractions to decimals and back with confidence, and you can read production drawings without missing a detail.
This is physical work: you should be able to safely lift up to 75 lbs multiple times daily and stay on your feet in an active shop. Strong communication and the ability to work effectively inside a small, tight-knit team matter as much as technical skill. Knowledge of CNC programming, and especially direct experience operating or programming Emmegi CNC machinery, will give you a real head start.
