Full Job Description

Monday-Friday | On-Site | Base pay 45K-50K DOE + commissions

iWorQ and TextMyGov are growing, and we're looking for a driven, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent across the organization, with a strong focus on building and scaling our Sales Team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys proactively sourcing candidates, and takes ownership of the hiring process from outreach through onboarding. We are looking for a self-starter who understands that successful recruiting is about building relationships, creating pipelines, and consistently delivering quality hires.

What You'll Do

Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales and other business-critical positions
Conduct daily candidate outreach using multiple recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, networking groups, and referral programs
Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs
Screen resumes, conduct phone/zoom interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Extend offers and support successful onboarding of new hires
Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Develop and strengthen relationships with candidates, local communities, universities, and industry professionals
Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives
Stay informed on recruiting best practices, labor laws, and employment trends

Success Metrics
Performance in this role will be measured by:

Daily sourcing and candidate outreach activity
Qualified candidate submissions
Interview-to-hire conversion rates/
Time-to-fill open positions
Sales recruiting pipeline health
Quality of hire and retention metrics
ATS data accuracy and process compliance

Qualifications

Required

1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, administrative or related experience
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
Strong sourcing skills and ability to proactively identify talent
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies

Preferred

Previous experience recruiting sales professionals
Familiarity with BambooHR is a plus
Experience recruiting in technology or SaaS environments
