BEPC is actively seeking a Device Assembler II in the Plymouth, MN area!
Job Type: Full-Time, 12- months -W2 Contract Possible Extensions!!!
Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour -- WEEKLY PAY--
Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Role Overview
Join a leading medical device manufacturing team assembling life-saving structural heart devices in a cleanroom environment. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent hand dexterity, attention to detail, and experience working with small components.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices using microscopes and precision hand tools
- Perform detailed sewing of biological tissue with suture and needle
- Inspect components to ensure quality and accuracy
- Follow written work instructions and manufacturing procedures
- Work in a cleanroom environment following GMP standards
- Maintain production and quality documentation
- Support continuous improvement and team goals
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Experience
- Medical device assembly
- Precision manufacturing
- Electronics or small parts assembly
- Sewing, embroidery, quilting, or tailoring
- Jewelry or watch repair
- Dental laboratory work
- Crafts, model building, or other detailed handwork
