Full Job Description

Physical Therapist Per Diem
$60/hour | Per Diem | The Shores, a UMC community | Ocean City, NJ

What You'll Do:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on physical therapy to help residents recover mobility, strength, and function
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress to support care coordination
Communicate resident progress and concerns with the care team and, when appropriate, families
Follow professional, ethical, and regulatory standards for PT practice

What You'll Need:

Required:

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current, active New Jersey PT license
Prior experience working with adults in a sub-acute and/or home care setting

Preferred:

Experience with the Net Health Therapy platform

Pay and Benefits

$60/hour
Flexible scheduling, daytime hours with weekends if desired
Supportive team and streamlined orientation
