Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is hiring a Manager, Sales Technology in Eagan, MN. As Manager, Sales Technology, you will play a critical role in enabling sales growth andlong‑termretention by owning and evolving enterprise sales technology platforms across commercial and government markets. This role serves as a strategic,hands‑onbridge between Sales, IT, and Operations, ensuring platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned to enterprise priorities.
In partnership with Sales leadership, IT, P&Ls, and key stakeholders, you will provideend‑to‑endleadership for enterprise sales technology platforms, leading complex initiatives such as modernization, migration, and optimization efforts. You will balance platform performance, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence to ensure sales teams are equipped toacquire,retain, and grow business, while delivering measurable value through improved adoption and user experience.
We are looking for ahands‑on, technically savvy people leader who thrives at the intersection of sales, technology, and change management. The ideal candidate has experience owning complex sales technology platforms and leading teams through enterprise change. You bring a strong operational mindset and excel at translating business needs into scalable solutions, with the ability to lead organizations and experienced teams through change. Healthcare orregulated‑industryexperience is a plus.
Ownend-to-endsales technology platform lifecycle, ensuring platforms are strategically aligned, operationally effective, compliant, and deliver measurable value through adoption, performance, andtimelymodernization or retirement.
Provides leadership and subject matter input as needed to all stakeholders, both internal and external. This includes, but not limited to, technology vendors, brokers and agents, sales training, RFPengagement.
Ensure successful delivery of enterprise sales technology initiatives, accountable for business outcomes, readiness for release, and operational stability.
Required Skills and Experience
7+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
3+ years' experience managing project(s) or enterprise initiatives involving multiple team members and including taskassignment, working with key customers (internal or external), managing team and customerrelationshipsand managing project deliverables.
Demonstrated success managing or deploying technology platforms having complex data integrations, business logic, workflows, and multiple user interfaces.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $117,800.00 - $159,000.00 - $200,200.00 Annual
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
